Phoebe Hillard is an emerging artist based in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, she works across a variety of mediums, currently focused on soft pastels.
Phoebe has worked and studied in creative industries including graphic design and fashion both before working for New England Regional Art Museum which inspired her to pursue her art practice on a more full-time basis.
Currently Phoebe’s work centres around trying to invoke in the viewer their own connection to memory, time and place.
